Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Nexu HR is committed to making its platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the marketing site and the authenticated product.

Current conformance

We continuously test the platform against WCAG 2.1 AA. Specifically we ensure:

• Keyboard navigation across the entire app, with a visible focus ring on every interactive element
• Skip-to-main-content links on every public page
• Proper landmark regions (main, nav, header, footer)
• ARIA labels and aria-expanded/aria-controls on interactive widgets like accordions and modals
• Form fields with explicit labels and error messages
• Color contrast that meets AA for body text against background
• Responsive layouts that work down to 320px wide

Known issues

We are honest about the gaps that remain. The following are scheduled for a dedicated accessibility sweep:

• Some secondary text styles using text-gray-400 may not meet AA contrast at small sizes — being upgraded to text-gray-500+
• A handful of icon-only buttons in dashboard tools still need explicit aria-label additions
• The drag-and-drop kanban board is not yet keyboard-operable; a button-based fallback is on the roadmap

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Nexu HR, please tell us so we can fix it. Email a11y@nexuhr.com with the page URL, a short description of the issue, the assistive technology you were using (if any), and the outcome you expected. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days.
